General terms and conditions
1. Scope and subject matter of the contract
All deliveries and orders are subject to these terms and conditions. With his order, the purchaser automatically accepts the terms and conditions of Mei-Li Ltd., provided that Mei-Li Ltd. has accepted the order. Other agreements must be put down in writing. Mei-Li Ltd. is not obliged to accept orders from customers. The general terms and conditions apply to the sale of all products and services from the assortment of Mei-Li Ltd. Mei-Li Ltd. reserves the right to change the general terms and conditions at any time.
2. Product range, prices and services
Mei-Li Ltd. reserves the right to change its product range, sales prices, conditions and the content and scope of its services at any time. The product and sales information published by Mei-Li Ltd. in the web shop or otherwise does not constitute a binding offer regarding traded products and prices. Value added tax, any fees and shipping are not included in the quoted prices and will be charged to the customer.
3. Orders and contract
Decisive are the conditions and prices valid at the time of the order, unless otherwise specified in writing. The order can be made by telephone, by fax, by e-mail or via the online shop. The delivery takes place without prior written confirmation of Mei-Li Ltd. Declaration of acceptance is the delivery of Mei-Li Ltd.
4. Delivery, data protection and conditions
Mei-Li Ltd. carries out customer orders as quickly as possible. The availability of the goods may cause delivery delays in individual cases. Mei-Li Ltd. is entitled to collect, store and process the customer’s data required for the business relationship. A transfer of the data to third parties is expressly prohibited. The customer is responsible for the communication of the complete and correct delivery address. Additional expenses due to a faulty delivery address will be charged to the customer. All deliveries can be delivered by invoice or paid by Paypal or credit card. Deliveries by invoice are payable within 30 days from date of invoice without deduction. In the case of late receipt of payment, Mei-Li Ltd. will charge CHF 20.- with the second reminder, and CHF 50.- with the third reminder plus 5% default interest. After transfer of the products to the Swiss Post or a transport service commissioned by Mei-Li Ltd., the use and risk of the goods are transferred to the customer. Complaints relating to defective deliveries and order execution must be made in writing without delay, up to five working days after receipt of the delivery. Defective goods will be checked by Mei-Li Ltd. and replaced if necessary.
5. Quality and return policy
Mei-Li Ltd. procures products and raw materials in the best possible quality that exists on the market. All products available from Mei-Li Ltd. are tested in Switzerland according to the strictest criteria for purity, safety and identity.
A return is only possible within 14 days in sealed packages with intact seal and undamaged packaging. The postage costs for the return to Mei-Li Ltd. shall be borne by the customer.
6. Retention of title
The goods delivered to the customer shall remain the property of Mei-Li Ltd. until full validity of the purchase contract and full settlement of all claims against the customer. The customer is entitled to resell the purchased goods in the ordinary course of business.
Jurisdiction for complaints is the headquarter of Mei -Li AG in Olten / SO. Alternatively, Mei-Li Ltd. may sue in litigation at the respective seat of the parties involved. Only Swiss law is applicable.
